Returns
We at Maison Trigère take great pride in our reputation for providing merchandise of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any full price item purchased from Trigére within 14 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:
- Contact customer care at [email address here] to initiate your return. Please include your name, order number and reason for the return in the email. If your return is accepted, we will email you a pre-paid label. Please ensure that you keep a note of your tracking and proof of postage until your return has been fully processed. Custom or personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Please ensure the merchandise you return is in its original condition- unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged- with all original tags in place, packed in the original tissue paper, and packaging included. Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays processing the return or return of the package. We are unable to accept your return and issue a refund if the garment appears to be worn, used, or damaged in any way. If the item was a gift, the name of the purchaser must be noted.
- Print the pre-paid Return Label emailed to you and drop off your return at your nearest carrier drop off location.
Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.
Once your package is received, please allow 5 to 10 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, customer care will contact you and the package will be sent back to you. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs or any duties or taxes incurred. We will always try to be as swift as possible, refunds may take up to 5-10 working days to reach your account, depending on your bank. Payments will be refunded to the original payment method excluding the cost of shipping. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email.
If you wish to exchange your item for another size or style, please follow these instructions:
- Contact customer care at customercare@trigere.com to initiate your exchange. Please include your name, order number and reason for the return and the name, size, and color of the item you would like to exchange for in the email. If your exchange is accepted, we will email you a pre-paid label.
- Please ensure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags attached, and packaging included. We are unable to accept your return and issue a refund if the garment appears to be worn, used, or damaged in any way.
- Print the pre-paid Return Label emailed to you and drop off your return at your nearest carrier drop off location.
- Once we receive notification that your return is in transit, we will process your exchange and ship your new item.
If your item has arrived damaged, please follow these instructions and we will rectify the situation immediately:

- Customer care will be in contact with you to handle next steps.
